DESIGN: The Chile Poster is a watercolor of a red and a green chile pepper in large poster format. To create the chiles I have used popular chile dishes of the region to form the shape of the chiles. The poster has a watercolor paper texture printed background.
New Mexico is the chile capital of the world with red and green chiles providing the foundation for many traditional foods here. A common question in restaurants of New Mexico is "red, green, or Christmas?"

PROCESS: I print all of my cards and art prints on high quality matte papers from my original, hand-painted watercolor and lettering. I do not use digital painting or AI in any of my designs.
